I remember when this pix was taken on Shady Grove.Glenda was supposed to be in the photo and mom was so proud she was gonna have a professional shot of ALL her children. The photographer said " Am I supposed to get All of these kids in the one photo. Glenda was offended and did not get in the shot. Mother was NOT a 'happy camper"
I remember that day very well. Mom was out of town and had left me"in charge". The photographer was a grumpy old man and he was mad that so many were to be in the picture. I was expecting Lauren then and my face was all swollen. I opted not to be in the picture. Mom was furious. It has always looked like the large space in the middle is where I should have been. I have always regreted not standing up to the old fart and getting my picture taken and making Mom happy.

So that's what happened. I've often wondered why you weren't in it, but I assumed it was because you were married, and no longer living at home.

I too remember this picture and the conflict that went with it. I really like the picture but it would have been even better if Glenda was in it.
