I had a really nice long visit with Glenda by phone and I so much enjoyed every minute of it.
Then I waited around ALL day for the UPS man to pick up my wound vac. KCI told me they would come between 8 - 5..After doing nothing all day... it was picked up at 5:30pm I am so glad I didn't get on in the car and do my running at 5...... Wesley and I took the baby quilt by for Gina to hem and then went on the Zita in hopes that we would get to see the boys, too. They were still there so we did get a good visit with the boys and Zita. I have been praying most of the day for Jennifer so even tho I didn't get a phone or house visit with her today, she has been on my mind all day.
We leave in the morning around 10ish to go to Spring where Brenda, Wesley's baby sister will repeat her wedding vows. James and Rachel are going with us so it should be an enjoyful trip instead of lots of "me" driving which I was dreading. We will come home Sat and be at church as usual on Sunday am.

Oh, my, I've missed a lot. I'm sure you're home by now, so I can't wish you a good trip. I do hope you had one, though.

ReplyDeleteNorma, I also enjoyed the phone visits very much. I see you had to make the trip after all. Do you want me to mail you the mixer? I don't know if we will get down before April 5th, my next dr appt. Does Zita have a kitchen clock? The have a cute red one at Target. I didn't even know if she has wall space? I have no wall space in my house.
ReplyDeletePerry is working in our bedroom today. I bought some underbed storage and they won't fit under the bed so he is raising it a little.
I thought Joy had taken the bed.

James and Rachel got their income tax in so we were able to split expenses so we went.
The wound has got a small slit so they told me to do NOTHING. I don't understand why I can't seem to get this thing well
Glenda. the kitchen clock that Zita had up ( I think it is still up) is the orange basket of flowers clock that hasn't worked in ages. I think it would be neat for her to have a new kitchen clock. she has wall space for one
